PhD student Josje Bouwmeester wrote a short piece on housing subdivisions and the response of investor landlords following stricter regulations for Housing Quality Magazine. It is based on the case study she has done in the neighborhood of Zuilen, Utrecht, as part of the GoverDENSE project.
